Associate Account Manager

Currently, we have an immediate opportunity to be filled in our Parsippany, NJ or Manhattan, NY office for the following position:

ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER

The primary responsibilities of this role are:

·  Lead ongoing client engagements throughout project lifecycle and on a day-to-day basis including study design, questionnaire development, analysis and reporting.

·  Translate model outputs into a compelling business story within the context of the clients’ business environment, to support business decisions/risk assessment.

·  With relative independence, lead meetings with clients to determine needs, priorities and requirements and develop a relationship with the client.

·  Develop potential new ways to present outputs and structure quantitative analyses to generate superior insights.

·  Sales and business development responsibilities.

·  Help structure, train and mentor the Ipsos-Vantis research team.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

·  Minimum of 5 years research experience

·  Ideal candidate will have worked in the area of new product research

·  Exceptional custom research skills (i.e. demonstrate the ability to invent applications, analytic approaches)

·  Expertise in account relationship/client management with proposal/pitch/closing ability once opportunities are identified

·  Proven ability to develop and grow accounts with excellent client service skills

·  Proven business development experience

·  Client-side experience a plus

·  Minimum of a Bachelors Degree (Master’s Degree is a plus)
