Associate, Ad Operation

Pulse 360 is looking for an Online Ad Trafficker.  The position is based in our New York City office and reports directly to the Vice President of Sales.  This position will support our online ad operations, ad sales and online audience development teams.

The primary role will be to work with the advertising sales department to ensure that all advertising campaigns run accurately and efficiently, ensuring that the needs of advertisers are being supported.  This position requires a very high-level of accuracy, attention to detail and proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities include:Manage the scheduling, production and implementation of online advertising campaigns.Work closely with our ad serving technology.Interface with sales teams to coordinate inventory availability and ad placements.Prepare and monitor daily and monthly campaign performance reports.Verify creative specifications and work directly with sales on resolving any creative issues/problems.Ensure that campaigns are set up properly by sales on insertion orders, red flagging errors and/or discrepancies before campaign is booked and set live.Confirm campaigns are live and delivering properly, analyze campaign performance, ensuring they are effectively maintained to guarantee optimal delivery.Coordinate the implementation and management of all advertising campaigns.Provide availability forecasting and analyze ongoing campaign performances to optimize performance as needed.Provide excellent and prompt customer service to resolve any campaign issues.

Ideal candidate will possess:Bachelor's Degree2 years of work experience in advertising trafficking.Experience using one or more Internet ad serving systems (i.e. DART, OAS, etc).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.Must possess strong organizational, analytic and math skills; must be good with numbers.Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and rich media, including various forms of online creative formats and related code.Ability to create, modify and troubleshoot most ad types.Knowledge of the production process preferred.
