At Rosetta, the ACD leads the development of cross-channel consumer experiences –from strategy through execution. The ACD provides inspiration and leadership to a creative team consisting of art directors, designers, copywriters, developers, and information architects to produce unprecedented creative results built upon strategically sound brand experiences.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

•  Inspire creativity, innovative thinking, strong marketing concepts and solutions through thoughtful management

•  Establish and maintain a collaborative team environment and continue to cultivate, motivate and grow our talented group

•  Vision and passion about the evolution of customer experiences on the web, with the ability to influence coworkers and clients

•  Possess an unwillingness to deliver or accept anything less than highly creative, innovative and effective work.

•  Manage and inspire a creative team in order to deliver on time and within client scope and budget

•  Refine, implement and maintain our work process to contribute to the evolution and growth of the team

•  Manage, prepare and present creative for business and strategic development and client presentations

•  Stay current on latest industry technologies

•  Outstanding time management and communication skills.

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

•  Eight plus years of advertising experience

•  At least 4 years experience in interactive marketing

•  Experience in print design and advertising

•  Interest in technology including social media, online viral marketing, podcasting, etc.

•  Ability to fully realize the big picture while paying attention to the smallest details

•  Effective at translating business goals to creative design

•  Expertise using industry tools including Adobe Creative Suite.

•  Video production / post production for interactive channels

•  Team supervision skills.

 

Nice-to-haves

•  Knowledge of or interest in DIgital Photography
