We are looking for an energetic, fiercely organized individual with
Commercial Real Estate experience
to join our firm as the Associate Director of Marketing.

The job's primary focus is to manage the listings at our rapidly growing commercial real estate brokerage firm.

Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

 

* Update listings and PR on our website
* Process exclusive listings forms and ensure required information is provided
* Prepare/copy/bind presentations and pitch packages
* Compile market research and statistics
* Obtain, coordinate and catalog competitor flyers for broker use
* Manage periodicals, reference materials, land maps, etc.
* Disseminate information to brokers regarding upcoming industry events
* Coordinate e-mail blasts and create e-mailers/flyers
* Coordinate photography for (retail and commercial) exclusives

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), real estate software and Adobe products (Reader, InDesign, Photoshop) helpful. Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and be a part of our exciting future a MUST!
