WHAT WE DO: We work with the top advertising agencies, marketing companies and creative corporations in the Bay Area and assist them in their recruiting/staffing efforts for freelance and/or full time positions. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: · 3-7 years of experience working in an advertising agency, design studio, publishing house or marketing environment (MANDATORY!! No seriously, it is mandatory) · Experience with and/or not afraid of cold calling (also mandatory) - sales experience would be great! · Strong understanding of the creative process in all mediums, especially print and web · Great sense of humor · High energy personality, both on and off caffeine · Smarts · Strong client management skills · Keen understanding of relevant cultural and advertising trends · Have been told or can prove, that you are really good at sales and/or business development WHERE WE ARE: We have offices across the United States in the strongest advertising and creative markets across the country…Hollywood, Big Apple, Microbucks, Golden Gate, and Windy City. WHAT YOU WILL DO: As an Account Executive, you will source, cultivate and maintain relationships with our C-level executive clients. Your job is to provide outstanding customer service to our existing clients, working with them to understand their business, culture, staffing needs, etc. and make them happy with our services. If they are happy, you get paid, which is a good thing, right? Additionally, you will source and connect with new clients, introducing them to the company and educating them on how our services could benefit their creative business.
