The Customer Retention Specialist…Uses sales techniques to retain customers who are contemplating canceling their orders prior to installationProvides superior customer assistance, answering service-related questions and resolving customer complaints/concernsDoes NOT do any cold-calling or outbound telemarketing

What does it take to secure a position on the Bilingual DirectStarTV Customer Retention team? Fluency in both English and SpanishTwo years in a sales or customer service position Ability to overcome objections and effectively resolve customer concernsPositive attitude, enthusiastic personality, and a personal desire to excelAssociate’s degree or equivalent experience
We are currently hiring full-time Customer Retention Specialists who are available for afternoon/evening and weekend work. Various shifts are available.
