You are invited to join a respected company experiencing tremendous growth and leading its industry by applying today.What would you be doing?As our client’s Bilingual Trainer, you would be providing high energy training for new hires and current employees who are providing call center service to multi-million dollar client accounts. Responsibilities would include: Facilitating and managing multiple new hire training classes simultaneously ranging from five days to 3 weeks for up to 25 employees Presenting HR orientation information Creating training materials such as PowerPoint presentations and handouts Managing classroom environments to foster workplace diversity and training a variety of personality types Collaborating with clients to ensure vital information and techniques are conveyed accuratelyIs this the job for you?We’re looking for a training professional with experience in sales training.
