Join Campaign Fundraising Events Department if you enjoy being challenged.....and have the wherewithall to meet deadlines and handle with ease multiple responsibilities.  It's a challenging position reporting to the Executive Director of a dead-line driven busy department.

This department is involved with fundraising efforts/events....and the
financial revenue needs/assessment of. 

Some Responsibilities are:Using your honed scheduling skills (appointments and prioritizing calendar activities). Obtaining information for, and assisting with, preparation of presentation materials. Maintaining collateral campaign material/s including presentation kits. Creation and upkeep of PowerPoint presentations. Maintenance/updating of Campaign database regarding e.g.  meetings and all donor communication. Developing relationships and working with staff in various departments  within the company - especially president and chairman’s offices. Special projects as needed.

It's for someone who enjoys being challenged. A little of this and a little of that....revenue goals/analysis- fundraising, marketing campaigns, database management, and supporting an executive in the day-to-day needs.  Obvioulsy, a team player who is experienced is requisite.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet research.  Database experience necessary ; Pledgemaker preferred. 4-5++ years of experience...a seasoned assistant Outstanding interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as within a team A college degree is preferred Interest in Marketing, the Performing Arts, Campaign Creation, and Finance...is fantastic!
