Broadcast Traffic Manager

Due to growth, Draftfcb Chicago is looking for an experienced Traffic Manager to add to the Broadcast Business Affairs Team.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
o  Works closely with Media partners and Account Team members to accurately schedule and ship clients’ broadcast commercials and billboards
o  Reports commercial talent usage in a timely manner to Talent Managers for payment
o  Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with network, cable, syndicated and local station contacts to ensure accurate scheduling of client materials
o  Assign, estimate and manage client’s annual duplication/distribution budgets numbers for broadcast materials

Qualifications:
o  Must have a minimum of 3+ years traffic experience in an advertising agency and a thorough understanding of broadcast trafficking and production
o  Knowledge of Donovan Data System
o  Experience with communicating with outside vendors
o  Teamwork, flexibility
o  Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
o  Excellent written/verbal communication skills
o  Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
