Founded in 1989, Online Resources (Nasdaq: ORCC) is recognized as one of the nation’s fastest growing companies. www.orcc.com Position Title: Business Configuration SpecialistPosition Summary: Depending on the assignment, a Business Configuration Specialist may be involved in project coordination, configuration and/or implementation of business specifications to support payment processing services. Coordinates project initiatives with Solutions, Application Development, Client Operations, Project Management, IT Operations, Product Development and Quality Assurance to deliver services on time and with quality. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert on Configurable implementation of payment processing services, and is responsible for recommending process improvement for implementation of those services, resulting in shorter implementation cycle times, improved efficiency and increased customer satisfaction.Essential Functions:Responsible for configuring required business specifications to support new and existing clients across the Princeton eCom payment processing platforms. This includes: analyzing submitted business requirements, communicating system implementation requirements and working with project initiators during the configuration process. Assess current process schedules, environments and systems to determine appropriate work plans and schedules to implement business configurations. Provide guidance to internal clients for payment processing functionality and evaluate data to assure proper formatting during conversion and mapping. Manage multiple projects concurrently, re-prioritizing tasks and developing checklists to manage implementation processes. Business Configuration ServicesProvides technical configuration support, recommends process improvement to management and when necessary escalates issues to management. Confers with and recommends application changes to Director of Production Services, Manager of Production Services, AVP or Client Business Managers to resolve processing problems which impact customer service levels. Provides technical information regarding payment processing methods, investigates, updates and resolves (when applicable) Issue Management System trouble tickets in accordance to established procedures and guidelines. Liaison with Production Services and Client Business Management support groups on problem resolution and technically understands deliverables of applications to ensure appropriate quality and customer service levels.Qualifications:•High School Diploma•4-5 year experienceThis position description is meant to describe the general nature of duties related to this position.
