We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) to assist us in all aspects of an engagement identifying issues, data collection and analysis, planning and conducting interviews and analyses, developing conclusions and recommendations. BAs will work very closely with project managers and business consultants to support a solution development process. The engagements are typically related to addressing key strategic business issues in sales, marketing, and innovation and, in its execution, have both management consulting and analytical modeling components. We are utilizing mathematical modeling to develop business recommendations to be delivered by business consultants.Qualificationso In-depth expertise in business management, specifically, operations and strategy, marketing, sales and supply chain. Analytical background preferredo Experience and understanding of key business issues in CPG, Retail, Pharma and other industrieso Analytical mind addressing the problem resolution in very systematic, process oriented way.o Eager and is sold on combination of management and analytical consulting as the way to address business problems now and in the futureo Very strong data collection, analysis and modeling skillso Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint o Strong analytical and problem solving skills o Highly effective interviewing, negotiating, and interpersonal skills, strong meeting facilitation skills o Highly effective communication (verbal and written), presentation skills. o Strong relationship building skills and client-service orientation.
