Business Systems Analyst (Testing)

We are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst for our Wakefield, MA office.The Business Systems Analyst will assist in the test plan definition, data conversion, data re-fresh, campaign migration, and reporting processes. They will also be responsible for the execution of all test preparation, execution, and any related documentation.Responsibilities: Assist in the overall test plan definition Create test plans and lead the system and user acceptance testing activities Work with technical staff to design and implement testing scenarios Coordinate integration of new development with the overall technical solution Develop and implement quality assurance methodologiesQualifications:Background/Skills Required: Solid understanding of Relational Database Management Systems, SQL, Business intelligence tool/Reporting tools Ability to gain knowledge related to the clients' industry, and the current business and incorporate this knowledge into the overall technical solution Campaign tool knowledge preferred Traditional BSA skills, including ability to create Functional Requirements specs, creation and execution of test plans and knowledge of direct-to-consumer marketing Excellent communication skills Solid time management skills a mustSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceAlliance Data offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive selection benefit options including 401(k) and employee stock purchase plan.Job Location: Wakefield, MAJob Number: 2756Company URL: http://www.epsilon.com
