Our Client Communications Specialists are responsible for providing top notch customer service to both external and internal clients. Other duties include order entry and tracking, data management, preparing and printing packing lists and labels, report generation, and assisting with pack-outs.
Candidates must have:polished and professional phone mannersexcellent communication skills – both oral and writtenstrong organizational skillsknowledge of:OutlookExcelWordDatabase systems
Candidates must also be:extremely detail orientedself motivatedpositive & team orientedproactive & a strategic thinkercapable of prioritizing and managing competing demands
Desirable skills include:inventory knowledge experience using soft skills working knowledge of UPS / FedEx on-line systems
