Position Summary

Manage and lead the legal department for Studio A Advertising and its affiliated companies.

 

Requirements7 or more years of experience with a law firm and/or corporationJuris Doctor degree from a reputable law schoolLicense to practice law in good standing – Indiana license is preferredWide breadth of legal experience Experience as a litigatorExperience and comfort in working with top executivesAbility to lead multiple complex projects simultaneouslyExperience in successfully managing a wide range of claims and litigation concerning contract, collections and employment mattersExperience in managing, developing and leading staffExperience in selecting and managing outside counselExperience with complex contracts, corporate and commercialFamiliarity with local, state and federal regulatory and compliance issues

 

Skills and KnowledgeExcellent verbal & written communication skillsSolid understanding of corporate and business lawSolid understanding of our legal systemExcellent negotiation skillsCapable and experienced legal advisorAbility to understand and work comfortably in technical areas

 

Compensation
Studio A offers a very competitive compensation program which is includes a base salary, bonuses and a very unique and comprehensive benefits package.

 

Location

Our Corporate Attorney will be based at our corporate headquarters in Mishawaka, Indiana.  Mishawaka is located in the South Bend, Indiana area just minutes from the University of Notre Dame and only 75 minutes from downtown Chicago.
