CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALISTMegger is a world leader in the manufacturing and marketing of advanced test and measuring instruments for electrical power applications.  We currently have a career opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist for our Service and Repair Department at our Dallas, Texas location.

 Job Requirements:Respond to incoming Service and Repair telephone calls.Work with customers over the phone to:Issue return authorizations, pricing and quotesDocument the customer repair problems such that the repair technicians can understand and duplicate the problemResolve customer problems with warranties and repairsAssist in troubleshooting customer problemResearch historical information on repairsEnter orders in ERP system for billing purposes

 

Qualifications:Requires degree from electrical/electronic school or equivalent military training.Requires fluency in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office.Must have sufficient technical aptitude and analytical skills to research repair data and summarize findings.A minimum of two years experience in customer service and telephone support is required.Successful candidate must be organized and able to handle a variety of tasks.Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
