Campaign / Account Manager

Account Manager Job Objective: 

The Campaign Account Manager’s primary responsibility is the management of all day-to-day aspects of the fulfillment and performance of existing advertising business running on the Zango Ad Services network.


Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

 

· Manage and maintain new advertising campaigns for our customers/partners and ensure a high level of effectiveness for the advertising being served.

· Generate revenue for the business through CPA (Cost per Action) or CPV (Cost per Visitor) for our customers by using own discretion and judgment.

· Work closely with intermediary/aggregator to ensure that partner sites are matched effectively with marketing opportunities. 

· Develop effective working relationship and partnerships with aggregators to educate their customers about Zango Ad Services’ products. 

· Research and evaluate potential on-line channels and potential markets for Zango Ad Services’ products to be the most productive and profitable. 

· Effectively target advertising to the correct audience and partners to ensure that inventory is well used and productive.

· Provide on-going analysis and review of client utilization patterns.  Use data to proactively work with existing client base to improve user expertise and effectiveness on Zango Ad Services’ products.

· Individual uses own discretion and judgment when working with clients. Does not require supervision of Manager in decision making.

 

 

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

 

· Bachelors Degree required. Coursework in marketing or business preferred.

· 1+ year’s previous experience in client support, sales, or other related role.

· At least 3 months of experience using Zango Ad Services’ tools and working with customers in Account Manager role.

· Fulfilled training requirements and demonstrates understanding of all skills, concepts and tools related to Zango Ad Services.

· Demonstrated success in building relationships with clients and partners.

· Strong “pc” literacy and understanding of the on-line buying universe.

· Excellent business writing, communication, and presentation of opportunity skills.

· Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to use software tools to evaluate client usage and opportunity. 

· Ability to understand margin, profitability and basic sales concepts.

· Demonstrated ability to be a resource center for rest of sales group.
