Career Advisor Support Rep-Part time!

Love helping people? Want to help change someone's life? Career Advisor Support Representatives make a difference in potentail student's lives every day by providing professional and accurate admissions information to prospective college students looking to begin or advance their career training.

This is a part time, flexible position!!

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.  Assist prospect in determining their field of interest.

2.  Using multiple search tools to locate schools of interest in their area.

3.  Suggesting and providing explanation of linear programs in the event program of interest cannot be located in their area.

4.  Listen to and provide direction regarding prospect’s concerns in regards to their career plans.

5.  Obtaining referral information from prospects.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1.  Strong communication and people skills.

2.  Ability to analyze and overcome objections.

3.  Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

4.  Available to work a flexible schedule.

5.  Ability to multitask.

6. Sales or marketing experience highly desirable.
