Affinion’s clients include financial institutions, consumer-driven corporations and Fortune 500 companies.  The Client Audit Manager position is largely focused on IT security, compliance, and operational questionnaires and assessments submitted by our partner clients, with minimal onsite audit reviews.This highly visible position weighs heavily on relationship management, IS knowledge, and compliance awareness.   Focus of role is to liaise with client management, Information Security and Information Technology, and other internal business units.  ·  Track and ensure timely and accurate responses to partner initiated compliance related questionnaires, surveys and assessments (IT security, due diligence, Business Continuity)·  Ensure seamless execution of onsite audits (physical, information security and/or operational in nature) ·  Coordinates and provides external client auditors with any request for information during the audit process.·  Direct communication to internal groups and partners delegating tasks and assigning ownership of deliverables and timelines. ·  Track and communicate remediation plans through completion. ·  Provide world class experience to the client. ·  Review response to audit questions to ensure replies are consistent, accurate, and compliant.·  Maintain centralized data repository of responses.·  Maintain reporting. Scope of role continues to develop as business needs grow. Candidate will be innovative and flexible player who can recognize opportunity to both optimize existing role and enhance the client experience.  Requirements: ·  Bachelors Degree, Business or MIS desirable. ·  A minimum of 5-7 years of business experience.·  Compliance (IT audit, Sarbanes-Oxley, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery) and Client management experience preferred. ·  Able to work in an unsupervised environment, using discretion and independent judgment in solving problems and prioritizing work to meet client deadlines. ·  Solid analytical skills, strong problem resolution skills, and good business judgment·  Well developed verbal and written communication, negotiation, and organization skills.·  Ability to build relationships with a broad range of internal and external customers. ·  Work effectively across a multi-site organization.·  Ability to develop positive relationships and understand client needs·  Self starter, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities,·  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Powerpoint.  Access a plus. ·  Occasional travel to Franklin, TN office.
