Award winning ad agency is looking for a client director and team leader in our Seattle office, you’ll support the development of employer branding programs, internal communications, and marketing initiatives. You’ll oversee communications planning and supervise creative development and interactive projects by applying your excellent project management and strategic thinking abilities. You must also be able to effectively mentor and motivate your account service team.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field

• 5-10 years’ related experience

• Experience in an agency environment

•  Previous experience acting as primary liaison with clients; internal marketing experience is a plus
