Job Title: Client Growth Supervisor

 

Function: Leadership role in developing, presenting and implementing design and marketing innovations that drive growth for retail brands and products.

 

About Us: Tripp Growth Marketing is an IP creation firm -- an “innovation lab” that works with clients to conceive, create and commercialize new products, brands and marketing approaches that drive client growth. 

 

We’re pioneering this exciting new category, building on 18 years of trade and consumer advertising, design, packaging and marketing. We’ve historically worked with many of the outdoor manufacturers and retailers, but are branching into new industry categories.  We’re experiencing and anticipate strong demand.

 

About You: You’re a team player, energetic, optimistic and entrepreneurial, with a passion for great ideas. You have 5+ years experience in advertising, marketing and/or interactive. You have effectively handled accounts and efficiently managed projects. You’re great at building relationships. Clients and coworkers like and trust you. They used to call you an Account Supervisor. You’re ready for something more dynamic.

 

The Job: You’ll nurture and grow client relationships; negotiate client contracts; research and create marketing plans and growth strategies; write client proposals and presentations, help establish and manage budgets, profitability, and internal/external resources; and aggressively seek new opportunities for the company. You’ll enjoy a great work environment. You’ll report directly to management. You’ll be a key player.
