Client Service Associate

 

We’re staffing up for another stellar year of smart solutions for our mega-diverse client roster.  We are currently seeking energetic, dedicated, marketing focused, client service associates to join our award winning staff. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

 

 

· Key orders into TMP system.

· Maintain tracking and status reports.

· Update and maintain files.

· Contact publishing companies and business offices regarding orders, artwork, White Pages, etc.

· Assist AE in publisher and client support.

 

Requirements:

 

· Ability to meet deadlines.

· PC literate, including working knowledge of database applications.

· Clear written and verbal communication skills.

· Customer service orientation.

· Attention to detail.  Ability to multitask.

· General office skills.
