Status: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Marketing/Product Career/Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Years of Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Reference Code: M-260-tm-40694 Client Services Manager Client Services Manager The position's key responsibility is to interface between the Art Director and the Client in the day-to-day creation of print and interactive communications. A Client Service Manager works closely with our creative team to foster clear and frequent communications between the team, the client and third parties. Must have Project Management skills in order to keep projects on track and on budget for the client, and profitable for the firm. This role is responsible for providing a high level of client service and to ensure that we are consistently exceeding the client's expectations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are therefore required, and an ability to manage multiple projects is essential.Responsibilities: Manage implementation and timeliness of all deliverables promised to clients Develop cost estimates, project schedules, and document requirements and objectives for each client and project Follow internal processes and methodologies to ensure quality and smooth execution Gather necessary materials, content and other related information in order to stay ahead of client deadlines and achieve superior results Manage and negotiate third party contributors Monitor project profitability, and create and present change orders when necessary Work with Creative Team to continually identify and cultivate new business opportunities with existing client base Interact with client on a regular basis - in person and over telephone Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in account services or project management on either the client- or agency-side, plus a Bachelor's Degree Ability to multi-task, managing several projects simultaneously while providing regular feedback and support to the team Professional experience in high-level, corporate client interaction Highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter individual who thrives in a busy environment High proficiency of the Microsoft Office suite.
