Communcations Specialist(2) openings in New Jersey. The Communications Consultant is responsible for servicing clients and delivering communications solutions as well as managing new and existing relationships. Working with assigned clients in the understanding of plan provisions, benefit offerings and summary plan descriptions in order to create, present and implement communications across the client organization; develop communication strategy to meet the needs of diverse employee segments within the plan; participate with client team meetings, traveling to client sites, to ensure effective and accurate implementation of communications plan; manage specific projects such as enrollment, conversions, and business planning; manage communications project planning budget, ensuring that all deliverables are met within tight deadlines and within budget; manage client communications budget to include solutions that draw from a variety of media venues; interact and work with business development department to create request for proposals (RFP) and assist with the closing of deals. Qualified Candidates will possess: 6 years of benefits, retirement marketing communications, strong industry product knowledge and a good understanding of ERISA, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications etc. Must have NASD, Series 6, 63, & 65 licenses. Must be able to travel 40% of the time to client sites for presentations, enrollment, and strategic meetings. Salary $80-90k
