Job Responsibilities:Support overall advertising, public relations and communications initiativesManage and update corporate websites Assist in development and design of various corporate collateral and marketing materialsResponsible for project management - including design, revision, proofing and printing/final publication - of: 

o Corporate presentations

o Informational postcards

o Blast e-mail communications

o Fact sheets

o CD-ROMsHelp maintain consistent branding throughout advertising, sales materials, promotional materials and corporate collateralWork with various departments and Senior Management to establish and manage advertising program and budgetManage review process by respective appropriate internal and external parties

 

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required, Communications or Marketing disciplines preferred Proficiency in desktop publishing programs such as Quark/InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop as well as PowerPoint, Word and Excel  Proficiency in HTML web design (at minimum) and content management systemsSuperior oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment while maintaining high-quality work productProven ability to interact with all levels of staff, including Senior ManagementStrong organizational skillsAbility to work independently within a team environmentExperience: 2-3 years of work experience is required
