Communications Coordinator

Job Description: 

Work in a team environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, which include product line managers, product marketing managers, engineers, marketing agencies, public relations firms and exhibit agencies. 

 

Responsibilities Include:

·  Research and prepare resource material for product line collateral.

·  Manage technical paper submissions for industry conferences.

·  Coordinate and execute program for products/services; secure monthly topics, coordinate presentations and facilitate calls.

·  Support editorial process for articles; coordinate article selection, submit articles and coordinate approval process.

·  Generate team reports to communicate accomplishments and metrics.

·  Update internal/external web site content.

·  Respond to product line inquiries.

·  Assist in the preparation for industry trade shows.

 

Required Skills:

·  Ability to work independently.

·  Manage multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.

·  Effective communicator – ability to professionally engage team.

·  Work in a team environment.

 

Length of contract:  12 months
