The Communications Trainer will develop and deliver external client training projects, working closely with our internal account team clients to ensure client satisfaction at the highest level. The trainer will act as an integral member of the team driving training projects and programs that support the agency’s gold standard work. The Communications Trainer manages influential relationships within the agency and among external clients, and plays an important role in strategic business development for Communications Training.

Qualifications
Education:
· Bachelors degree or above in communications, journalism or related field preferred
Preferred experience: The ideal candidate has one or all of the following:
· Journalism experience, with strong preference given to former work as journalist in either print or broadcast media fields.
· Training Experience, with experience developing and delivering training, preferably with an understanding of training methodologies and learning styles; includes excellent presentation skills; focus on creative curriculum development and design and excellent customer service.
· Public Relations/Agency experience, either providing public relations consulting service or training to technology or healthcare clients; strong ability to understand and assess client training needs, ability to market team and services proactively and consistently.
· Excellent listening skills.
· Demonstrated creative and strategic mindset.
· Worked under client and influential deadlines.
· Has written and developed press materials.
