You are completely fluent writing, reading and speaking in Dutch and are excited at the prospect of joining a team spearheading Communispace’s expansion into the international market. What You’ll Do
In this contract position (15 hours/week or potentially 40 hours/week), you will work closely with a Netherlands-based Community Consultant and a UK based Senior Consultant throughout the duration of the online community, which is comprised on Dutch shoppers of a major Netherlands food retailer. Note that due to time-zone differences, you may be required to work during early morning hours that overlap with our Netherlands-based client and Communispace remote teams. In your capacity as a Community Associate dedicated to this account, you will be responsible for:Configuring the online community based on client preferencesProviding ongoing technical and functional support to clients in the Netherlands Writing and disseminating weekly announcements in Dutch to native Dutch-speaking community members letting them know what is new in the communityAssisting in the design, posting, QA testing and facilitation of research and community building activities for community membersAttending and participating in weekly meetings to keep remote internal and client teams informed about what is going on in the community and to plan future activitiesWith the Netherlands-based Community Consultant, assisting in the analysis of community content and the development of Content Analysis and Consumer Insights reports in DutchCoordinating incentive mailings to ensure all qualified community members receive incentives in a timely fashionWorking with the Member Recruitment Department to coordinate community member recruitment and manage ongoing participation levelsAssisting with special projects related to monthly reporting and QA testing
Desired SkillsFully bilingual in Dutch / English (reading, writing, speaking)Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Experience with Photoshop and HTML preferred
