We are currently looking for a Corporate Recruiter/Trainer who will be solely focused on the growth and quality of this staff. Our ideal candidate will be someone with at least 3 years of recruiting experience (internal or agency). Ideally, you will have an ad agency, design, marketing or creative background. You should, at some point in your career, have been the top performer on your team. Culturally, we value smart, hard working, ethical people. Because this role will also involve training new hires, you must possess outstanding communication and presentation skills.
