Creative Director (Digital Media)

JOB DESCRIPTION



Digital Media company is seeking a digital art director with team focus and excellent communication skills. This individual will supervise a small team of creative professionals as well as work closely with account manager, programmers, and business analyst to execute interactive multimedia, including Web-based, kiosk and point-of-purchase systems. This individual will be responsible for communicating efficiently and well with off-site members at other locations inside the U.S. Duties include planning, visual conception development, technical execution and deployment. This position reports to senior management.





REQUIREMENTS



• 2-5 years experience managing a creative team.

• Excellent skills and background in human/computer interaction, including usability studies and GUI design.

• Excellent team leadership abilities, facilitation and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and conceptualization skills.

• Ability to own design throughout entire project.

• Meeting with Account Executives as needed to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.

• Thorough knowledge and experience working with all types of digital media, including video and audio.

• Thorough knowledge of Windows and Mac OS required, knowledge of Unix preferred.

• Ability to travel as required.
