Creative Recruiter

Project Da Vinci is presently seeking a Creative Recruiter with experience in Advertising, Marketing and Interactive.

The position will have you partnering with the Chief Creative Officer and the Creative Services manager to recruit the highest caliber talent across a full range of functions – broadcast, print, interactive, etc. - to join the new organization. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing of candidates, portfolio review and screening, managing candidate flow through entire interview process, extending offers and closing candidates.

 

Requirements: 5+ years Creative recruiting experience Proven success with various internet and traditional direct sourcing techniques Proven team player Excellent negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal skillsExperience working within start-up situations is a plus
