Customer Service Representative

We are hiring full-time and part-time positions, and our hours of operation are 6 am to 9 pm. We also offer a competitive salary of $11.25 - $13.50, BOE, with annual raises and lots of opportunity for growth and advancement.
For over 20 years, the Access mission has been to deliver the world’s best member benefits, customized to the needs of our clients. Our company is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for the right people to join our Customer Service team and serve our members.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing ‘World Class Customer Service’ to our members. This means by knowing our product, our members and our program. You will be responsible for answering in-bound phone calls from our members and helping them understand the program and assist them with any needs they may have.
Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or higher.1-2 years in Customer Service experienceProficiency with MS Office Suite & InternetBilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
Other Requirements:Great communication and people skillsSelf-motivated learner Positive attitudeTeam playerStrong attention to detail
