CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

 

EmbroidMe, the world's leading embroidery, screen printing and promotional products franchise, is seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual for an entry level position which includes room for growth and on-the-job training for their Baltimore (Overleaf/Fullerton) location. 

 

Arts and graphics background a plus but not required however applicant must have an excellent phone voice plus clerical skills, and computer literacy is a must! 

 

Applicant must possess good people skills and be able to multi-task to consult with customers. Job responsibilities include customer service, walk-in sales, filing, answering phones, quality controlling customer orders, evaluating customer needs, and providing solutions.
