Customer Service Inquiry Rep

The Customer Service Inquiry Representative (CSIR) is the company’s primary point of contact for advertising customers and phone book consumers. A CSIR resolves issues and concerns customers have with their directory advertising and billing account; and accurately answer inquires regarding the company, the product, and the market. CSR’s also are a primary point of contact for the Premise and Telephone sales channels concerning customer account questions/concerns. CSIR must be adapt at maneuvering throughout the DIAD system to quickly research and resolve issues and concerns expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce repeat inquiries. CSIR also serves as back up for level 2 and provides assistance during heavy call volume for the payment queue. CSIR also provides back up to Claims Team as volume dictates.

High school graduate or equivalent and one year job related experience required. Two year college degree and prior Customer Service experience preferred. Excellent verbal, written, organizational, detail oriented. Prior negotiation experience is a real plus. Good math and calculator skills. Prior computer experience required. Computer software (Word/Excel) skills preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Testing required:
Typing 40 WPM preferred
Must score at least 85% on proofing test (address)
MS Word/Excel – beginner preferred
Must pass Call Center Simulation
