Description



To possess a good working knowledge of SuperCoups and Valassis processes, capabilities, language, policies and procedures in order to assist in the servicing and retention of the Boston Market Company Store client accounts through daily interaction and account maintenance.

Coordinate distribution of territorial and full-market accounts as assigned. Communicate with Sales, clients and internal customers Order entry, order maintenance, order preparation Daily client contact regarding orders/schedules and ad copy/proof submittals Service Level Agreements Account or profile maintenance

Utilize knowledge of SuperCoups systems and processes to maximize productivity and efficiency in assisting Sales in the execution of client programs. Determine steps required to execute client programs efficiently Preparation of the SuperCoups order forms for specified accounts/reps Request mapping and targeting reports from the Mapping Coordinator

Maintain open communication with Sales, client and other members of the Company Store Group regarding client issues. Provide accurate and timely response to clients requests; involve appropriate functional departments as necessary Client contact on day-to-day issues as agreed to w/Sales

Build/maintain thorough SuperCoups knowledge bases; expand knowledge to include general information regarding the direct mail industry. Maintain Valassis knowledge on SuperCoups products and services Working knowledge of Valassis programs
