 The successful professional should have a stable work history, a polished appearance and excellent written, verbal, communication and computer skills. 

 This individual must be able to work in a fast paced environment, with keen attention to detail. The successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills that will ensure trackable productivity with the ability to function independently while managing multiple aspects of the customer service arena. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong networking and negotiating skills over the telephone.

Education and Experience:
