Claritas Inc. (www.claritas.com), the premier provider of intelligent marketing information and target marketing services in a business-to-business environment, has an opportunity for a CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST. In your role you will provide quality telephone support to our clients that license data, software, and applications.  On a typical day, you’ll answer an average of 8 – 10 complex calls per day.

Job Duties:

·  Log in live to the support line and work as part of a team to maintain live answer rate goals

·  Maintain accurate log of all calls in the call tracking system

·  Develop written “walkthroughs”, quick reference guides, and other materials for use as learning resources by clients and other staff

·  Assist with software testing (SQA), data quality analysis (DQA), and project work as assigned

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Liberal Arts

·  Good basic computer skills including experience with Windows, database analysis software, PC Hardware troubleshooting, market research, and programming

·  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access

·  Good verbal communication and problem-solving skills are a must

·  Customer service and/or telephone support experience preferredHave a strong work ethic Be detailed oriented Have strong computer skills
