We are currently seeking an Database Marketing Account Manager to join our Princeton, NJ team of professionals.  This individual is responsible for the day-to-day account management and client relationships on a high-profile account requiring an understanding of database elements and manipulation, analysis, marketing, and a high degree of accuracy and policy conformance.

 

Position Responsibilities:Consult on effective direct marketing strategies and file segmentationProvide response analysis Establish priorities while meeting deadlinesPopulate data into data processing systemManage ordersProvide problem resolutionCommunicate project status

 

Essential Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree required4+ years prior Direct Marketing industry experience in list brokerage, list management, or database marketingPrior customer service experience requiredMust be team-orientedPossess strong analytical skillsAbility to maintain high level of organization and attention to detailAbility to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requestsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to use computer software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
