Requirements
Must have at least 3 years in marketing analysis.  Duties will involve:

ReportingCreate and deliver compelling bi-monthly, monthly business reports with Excel / Excel Pivot TableGenerate ROI reports by Market / Channel for Clients’ Monthly Business Review (MBR). Bringing insights into customer behavior, and driving marketing actions to improve customer acquisitionUtilize various graphic representation tools (Excel, Tableau) to create Dashboard reports to help bring tangible insights to drive real-time decisions

AnalyticsTrack and forecast Revenue and Costs in DM, Online, and Partner customer acquisition campaignsTest statistical significance of various tactics (Message Versioning, Key Word Size, Offer Test) in Direct Mail acquisition campaigns Develop customer segmentation and profiling to help allocate marketing resources to the best effect Participate in building prospecting / valuation models to help clients acquire desired customers

Data Mining Highly proficient in SAS / SQL coding to prepare and analyze data sets with more than 10M recordsParticipate in Report Automation on top of OLAP cube and relational database Integrate huge volume of consumer data from vendor Data Warehouse and corporate Data Warehouse to provide insights into consumer behavior Leverage real-time company intelligence (PPC profiling, Webographic, Firmographic) from Business Intelligence platforms (Generate Inc, D&B) to drive marketing decisions

Online Advertising Solutions Collaborate with Media planning, Creative, Production teams and vendor data warehouse to drive the planning and execution of Direct Marketing campaigns to acquire online advertisersWorking knowledge of Atlas and similar tools to analyze ROI and make strategic recommendations Translate Web Analysis data (clicks, costs, CTR, CPC, RPC) into immediate marketing actions to drive Conversion Rate and Customer Optimization Help identify and reach desired customers through behavioral targeting to improve online advertising performance
