As the Data Feed Support Analyst for PR Newswire, based in our Jersey City, NJ office, your mission will be to provide top-notch desktop and data feed support to our entire company. Your well-rounded desktop support experience, including Windows (NT, XP, 2003), UNIX (Linux, Solaris), Lotus Notes, networking, FTP, and general IT, will be your springboard to providing excellent service. Add a working knowledge of XML formatting protocols and character sets and you will be technically set to serve as our Data Feed Support Specialist. Superior multitasking skills and a refined ability to communicate will be critical as you work on a wide range of projects together with all kinds of personalities at various levels. And your background working within a structured and defined support department will allow you to provide expert recommendations as you create standard operating procedures for data feed support.
