We are currently looking for a Database Marketing Assistant in our Costa Mesa office.

 

SUMMARY:  The Database Marketing Assistant will support the day-to-day administration, activities and assigned duties of the Database Marketing department.

 

Responsibilities:Create, update and close out purchase orders Gather paperwork and complete final billing process for data projects within allotted turnaround time (includes vendor invoice processing)Responsible for project entry, updates and periodic audits of the department project management databaseFacilitate new vendor set-upsReview Track-It reports and coordinate corrections as neededCompile monthly department performance metricsFile / organize data archive CDs received from ProductionCreate/process expense reports for management staffCoordinate meetings and travel reservations as needed for management staffCoordinate with Receptionist on office and kitchen supply needs for Paularino office (including setting up supplies for new employees)General filing and assistanceOrganize meetings with breakfast/lunch or make restaurant reservationsPrepare printouts for team meetingsProvide additional administrative support as needed to the Database Marketing and Information Management departments

Education/Experience Required:BA/BS Marketing or Communications degree preferred
