Delivery Assistant

Due to our rapid expansion in our Delivery Department we are hiring a PROFESSIONAL Delivery Assistant, which will report directly to the Director of Operations, to assist in manageing and tracking delivery of our telephone directories.

Work duties to be performed may include but are not limited to:
* Assist with in house coordinating of the delivery of Phone Books Nationwide. * Must be familiar w/ MS Word and Excel, detail oriented and be able to meet deadlines.
*Some warehouse work required.

• Ability to quickly learn and comprehend new software programs
• Desire to work with a dynamic and fast moving company
• Perform all duties assigned in a timely manner
• 10 Key experience
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge a must
• Reliable transportation a must
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills
• Be a U.S. citizen able to work in this country
