JOB SUMMARY: This key position will assist Creative Leads by prioritizing, delegating and distributing all design jobs to appropriate Creative staff member for completion. A major responsibility is maintenance of internal client expectations and production timelines management of a master calendar of projects. Additional responsibilities include working with the Client Service and Product Integrity departments to achieve accuracy in creative job requests and monitoring the approval process to ensure timely completion of projects. 
REQUIRED SKILLS: Organization, project management, Macintosh proficiency, knowledge of MS Office, basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, and Photoshop, and strong attention to detail. Must be self-motivated, able to handle several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Previous experience with FileMaker Pro a big plus. 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: College degree in Design or related field. Four years of experience in a Creative department may be substituted for a degree.
