Status: Part Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Location: Chicago, IL 60601 Category: Creative/Design Start: 4/14/2008 Desktop Publisher/Production/DesignOur Client is looking for an interactive designer to work on a PC in CS2 and CS3 (depending on the machine) to include html, CSS and Flash.*** This will start as a 20 hour per week job and eventually move into a fulltime position. You will be following brand guidelines and the aesthetic of the existing redesigned site as it applies to:enewslettersclient micro-siteseblastsyou will be responsible for maintaining and making edits to home site, for maintaining the image library and for working on print materials to include: house advertising and marketing materials. If you have samples of interactive work and print design work - can do your own production and are open to taking the Metra or driving to a very near Western Suburb for initial freelance work that could lead to a fulltime home, please send your samples!SPECIFICS: - Designing ads (Photoshop) for internal & external clients using standard web formats (jpegs/gifs/flash) and dimensions (728x90, 160x600, 300x250, etc.)- Designing newsletters (HTML / Dreamweaver) and incorporating graphics, CSS, etc. Newsletters promote content and product.- Designing mock-ups (graphics in Photoshop) easily transferable to HTML/DreamweaverÉsome transfer will also be required by the Designer- Designing pre-sales ÔMock-UpsÕ. For example, we pitch a concept to a potential client to sponsor a portion of the site.
