Development Project Coordinator Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center 312-320 East 94th StreetNew York, New York 10128 Reports to:  Development Manager The Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center’s Development Project Coordinator will assist the Development Manager and Center’s Senior Managers to support and update development infrastructure and accomplish annual fundraising goals. This position works closely with the Advisory Board and staff.   EVENTS  Event planning including implementation and logistics. This includes working with a design team on invitations and other materials, identifying vendors, constructing and maintaining donor databases, processing contributions and carrying out the acknowledgement process. BOARD RELATIONSUnder supervision of the Development Manager, serve as a liaison to Advisory Board members. Proactively provide administrative support which includes scheduling and organizing board/committee meetings, preparing meeting materials, and recording minutes. MARKETINGOrganize the design and production of seasonal mailings. Assist in the writing and editing of agency publications and marketing/press materials. CAMPAIGNPrepare materials for the cultivation of donors, maintain all development tracking systems including paper files and electronic databases, and assist in the planning and production of cultivation events. QUALIFICATIONSRequires an undergraduate degree, 1-2 years of development experience strongly preferred, excellent Microsoft Excel and Word expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage many projects in a fast-paced environment, well organized and detail-oriented.  Please send resume to:e-mail: Jaclinn.Nudel@mountsinai.org Jaclinn NudelDevelopment Managerp. 212.731.5992f.  212.423.2920
