Summary:

 

The role of the Assistant Digital Creative Producer is to work closely with and support the Creative Producer to manage the process of all creative media elements of the media campaign from start to finish.  This includes coordinating with clients and publishers/vendors on asset transfer/collection.  In addition, the assistant producer will manage and document the status of projects to insure they are launched on time.

 

Responsibilities:Working closely with creative producer to manage production of all digital elements on media plansCollecting and distributing digital assets from the agency perspectiveCreate and update the custom creative status documents  Manage client comp review decksDeliver video request document for Home Entertainment clientManage the production for some smaller campaigns from start to finish Oversee all aspects of production of all digital elements on media plans in Creative Producers’ absence

· Accuracy, attention to detail

· Ability to learn quickly

· Ability to work well under pressure

· Ability to prioritize many different projects simultaneously

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree required

· Art or Graphic Design degree a plus

· Excellent time management skills

 

Computer Skills:

· Solid personal computer efficiency

· MS Office preferred including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
