Digital Experience Director
The newly created position requires a candidate with a foundation in traditional media planning/buying (minimum 5 years) and at least 5 years of online/digital media strategy expertise. The role also requires a passion/interest and some exposure to emerging digital media (including broadband, VOD, DVR, addressable cable, mobile, etc.). The candidate should have strong client presentation and management skills-she/he should be able to build mid-level client relationships and oversee day-to-day projects to ensure that deliverables are met. Will work on a day-to-day basis with offline teams to seamlessly develop and integrate winning digital strategies; provide leadership on all forms of digital media including exploration of emerging media channels or approaches; consult and educate clients and offline planning teams regarding digital and emerging media; think creatively to apply new technologies/platforms to drive client objectives; spearhead development of new strategic and success metric platforms; organize various media statistics and information to develop recommendations and opinions in the area of emerging digital media; and oversee program results analysis and help translate information into observations/lessons learned.
The successful candidate must:
possess an ability to work in a fast-paced environment have persuasive writing skills & strong presentation skills be able to build client respect and be recognized as a digital media leader be proficient in all media research tools and resources (i.e., @Plan, AdRelevance, comScore, MRI, etc.) understand addressability & targeting and how these can be applied in all digital platforms have a strong understanding of adserving & tracking processes have a successful track record of planning, testing, launching, monitoring, optimizing and measuring online campaigns To apply, please send your resumé and cover letter to:
