Summary:

 

The Digital Group Coordinator supports the planning and buying groups in both media planning and administrative functions. Opportunity to grow into an Assistant Planner role, or other opportunities within the agency.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Administrative support (phones, expenses, organization) for AMDs and Group Directors

· Update and distribute cable programming grids

· Assemble twice-daily pouches (messengered to client)

· Issue theatrical Tracking reports

· Maintain client and media vendor contact lists and cc lists

· Compile and distribute SPE weekly budgets

· Organize and maintain electronic and physical media kits

· Manage miscellaneous billing requests including messenger, monitoring invoices and SPE budgets

· Field complimentary magazine subscription requests for clients and staff

· Maintain standing meeting and vacation calendars

· Set up and book conference rooms for meetings; tidy up afterwards if necessary

· Assist in the development of media strategies and plans, points-of-view and other media planning projects

· Manage his/her daily duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all documents, with the assistance of management

· Assist other team members when necessary

Qualifications:

 

· Bachelors degree preferred

· Professional demeanor and positive attitude

 

Computer Skills:

 

· Solid personal computer efficiency

· MS Office preferred including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
