Overview:
We are one of Dallas’s premier mailing companies expanding to the world of digital print. We provide creative, offset printing, laser imaging, lettershop, list management and data processing services. This sales opportunity has base pay plus unlimited commission!

Our Sales Executives are responsible for generating sales from existing and new clients through cold calling, personal contacts and hitting the streets. This position requires a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed in sales. Must be team oriented with the ability to interface with internal departments and external customers/clients. Must have good organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description & Duties
You will:
• Manage the sales cycle, leading multiple sales efforts concurrently and be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, proposing and closing the sale.
• Key account management and planning activities include sales calls, frequent follow up calls to existing customers and responding quickly to client needs and uncovering new business opportunities.
• You will receive lists of prospective customers as sales leads, based on information from download lists, events, direct mail responses, aged leads, partners, and other sources.
• Proactively call cold and warm prospects and close business over the phone - Schedule client meetings and set agendas as required, quote prices and credit terms, and prepare sales orders.
• Develop strong positive team relationship with internal teams and business partners
• Be responsible for selling the full line of products/services and achieving quotas
• Enter new customer data and other sales data for prospects and current customers into sales database
Job Requirements:
• MUST BE A PROVEN SALES PERFORMER.
• Must have excellent communication capabilities, both oral and written
• Must have excellent project and time management skills.
• Must be happy, outgoing and self motivated.
• Must be computer proficient – (MS office – word, excel, outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Must have 2-3 + years sales experience in the Direct Mail industry.
• BS or BA College Degree is OK if you can sell!
• HIGH ENERGY AND GREAT ATTITUDE!
• Above all – you have to love to sell!
