Direct Marketing Production Project Director, South Orange County, CA

One of the leading direct marketing agencies on the West Coast needs a take-charge Direct Marketing Production Project Director to take us to the next level.  The successful candidate will have proven direct marketing production and project management skills.  You are also a master of detail, know how you want things done, and firmly but diplomatically make sure everyone else knows what you expect. 

Can you produce on time and on budget?  Do you know how to source and manage best-of-class vendors and suppliers? Can you manage a schedule and hit your drop dates?  Can you manage error-free work?  Can you hit gross margin targets on a consistent basis?  Do you work well with account service and creative teams? Do you know direct mail production technically and have utilized it for eight years?

In short, can you manage our Operations Department as if it was your own business?  Would you like to finally get paid what you are worth?  Do you have at least eight years of relevant experience?  Do you have direct marketing ad agency experience?
