ESSENTIAL DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position resides in Dallas area, Texas; reports to the Vice President of Call Center Operations and interfaces with company’s CEO and executive team. Candidate must demonstrate executive qualities and communications in all interactions; as well as significant personal and professional values and skills.Responsibilities include Business Solutions’ sales, marketing, business development and client relation management.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Establishing professional relations with current telecom clientsIdentifying additional opportunities with current clientsExpanding the opportunities to new clients in wire line, wireless and enterpriseSales, marketing and business development management Full understanding of the Business Solutions’ business, operations and services Development of value propositions Business Solutions Market DevelopmentIdentification of target lists and lead managementDevelopment of marketing, sales material and sales campaignSales processes, Salesforce.com, pipeline management and business processes Working with Business Solutions operations management to develop proposals and business models for new opportunitiesQualified booking and contract managementWorking with Business Solutions operations to successfully deploy the servicesManaging the relation throughout the service term


EDUCATION: BS or BA Previous call center business development experience required
